Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a free return and a full refund, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, duvets and pillows are not eligible for return.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new piece.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
