At 4SLEEP, we ensure your premium bedding arrives safely and promptly to transform your space. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Shipping Destinations

Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the Island of Ireland (including both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value:

  • Orders under €150: €10 Flat Rate Shipping

  • Orders €150 and over: Complimentary (FREE) Shipping

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Island of Ireland (ROI & NI): 2 – 4 business days

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Irish bank holidays).

  • Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Statutory Delivery Guarantee (EU/Irish Law)

In accordance with the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, we commit to delivering your items without undue delay and within a maximum of 30 days from your order confirmation date. In the rare event that a delivery takes longer than 30 days, you are legally entitled to a full refund.

Risk of Loss & Damaged Deliveries

We take full responsibility for your package while it is in transit. The risk of loss or damage to the products only passes to you once you (or someone designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please inspect the contents and reach out to us at contact4sleep@gmail.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking link shows no updates or your estimated delivery window has passed, please reach out to us directly at contact4sleep@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
